Virgin Margarita

I know the title of this post sounds crazy.  Why would you ever make a virgin margarita?  Well, we had some friends over last night and one of them is pregnant.  I really wanted to make margaritas, but didn't want Kimberly to have to miss out on the fun.  So I pulled inspiration from one of my favorite blogs and a standard baby shower drink the old neighborhood girls used to serve (limeade concentrate, tonic water, and sliced strawberries).  I came up with a virgin margarita that you can serve with tequila and Grand Marnier on the side so that guests can mix in as much or as little alcohol as they would like.

Virgin Margarita (with liquor on the side):

1 12 oz. can of thawed limeade concentrate
24 oz. of Sierra Mist
12 oz. Tonic Water
Juice from two limes
Juice from one orange
Orange and lime slices for garnish
Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher.  Serve with tequila and Grand Marnier or Cointreau on the side.

Serve over ice and enjoy!
