Summer is almost over and it feels like it just began. The boys have been so busy with camps and activities that June and most of July have just flown by. Here's what we've been up to since my last post:
Steve had a press event at his office and Governor Brownback was there. Hudson is discussing his thoughts on the economy with him.
We have been playing tennis with the boys on days when it is under 100 degrees. They're getting better at it. They can return a serve ... and then the game pretty much stops there.
I saw this car parked in downtown Lawrence outside of a wedding reception. It's covered in chalkboard paint and people wrote their messages to the bride and groom on it. I thought it was such a cute idea.
Last month I took the boys to Science City in Kansas City. They had the best time. Landon is digging for fossils.
We just got back from Florida earlier this week. I'll post pictures from our trip tomorrow.
